Alan Boys  B.Com, CA
Managing Director  

Alan was a business advisory partner with Horwath and PwC for 12 years, specialising in the hospitality industry. For the past 15 years he has operated a specialist hospitality industry consultancy and broadened his activities to the corporate sector taking on roles as Chairman, Director, Company Secretary and CFO of a number of ASX companies involved in manufacturing, biotechnology and minerals exploration.

Martin Stein B.Bus., CA, ACIS
Consultant 

Martin’s career was initially with major international accounting firms in both London and Perth working in audit and assurance. In 2006 he was appointed group accountant to a Perth based copper and silver producer which is listed on ASX and TSX.

He subsequently has held positions as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary to a number of ASX and TSX listed companies predominantly in the resources sector. Martin has been providing his services to clients of Dubois Group since its inception in 2009.

Andrew Bremner B.Bus., CA
Consultant

Andrew first worked in the hospitality industry with several major hotel chains in Malaysia, Singapore and Western Australia. He has worked with Alan Boys in hospitality consulting since 1994 initially at Horwath, then Coopers & Lybrand, PwC and Dubois Group.

Andrew brings both operational knowledge and financial skills to Dubois Group’s hospitality consulting practice and has undertaken a wide range of assignments from feasibility studies to operational reviews across a broad spectrum of hospitality properties throughout Australia.
